Luxurious Downtown-2 bed 2 bath Corner 2M Parking included

Great location, easy walks into downtown and to stadiums, great pool, outdoor & communal patio and rooftop spaces. Kurt was an excellent communicator from start to finish. The property itself was clean, nicely decorated with lots of space and well stocked if we had had the opportunity to cook in (would need to bring own ziplocks/storage containers if leftovers). The xtra fans (not needed), bath towels and blankets were definitely a nice to have! Parking was easy, but had to maneuver clicker (in/out) with the 2 cars. Look forward to staying in this space again for shows on this side of town!

the property had a leak and the kitchen floor would ooze water when walked on. it appeared that the leak had happened before as the baseboards where warped with obvious water damage. it also seemed the unit has mold as we had allergic reactions, stuffy nose, watery eyes, etc. the unit itself is well located and it is a nice space. however, the representation that there are views is overstated. there's a view of the street and the apartment nearby. but no view of the river or downtown from the apartment.

Could be better lighting in the bedroom.

Kitchen floor by the refrigerator and the stove was wet coming thru the flooring all week like condensation

Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Access to the parking garage was easy. The swimming pool was very nice and convenient. The host was very communicative and responded right away. Apartment could use some TLC. The floor was very dirty and there were leaks around several windows. The host had had contractors in previously to work on the leaks, but evidently their initial attempt at repair wasn’t successful. This could be a great property with a little sprucing up!
